With over seven years of experience in healthcare coordination, Aivie specializes in empowering clients to enhance their access to care and navigate the complexities of healthcare insurance. She upholds the values of Therapy Changes, delivering service with both compassion and efficiency.

Aivie graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Biology and began her healthcare career in 2016 as a medical assistant in a pediatric neurology clinic, where she helped get therapies and medications approved so patients could continue receiving the care they need. She later worked as a Patient Access Advocate, where she learned that building trust with clients requires clear communication, concise documentation, and transparency in all interactions. In her free time, Aivie enjoys caring for her indoor plants and spending time with her family.
