Denise Grundland, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California providing professional therapeutic services to children, adults, couples and families. Dr. Grundland utilizes strength-based, collaborative and empirically-supported methods grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Her warmth and “whole person” approach makes it easy for clients to build trust while they learn new skills and ways to challenge undesired thoughts.
