Mindfulness and Yoga-Based Practice
Dr. Nenemay offers the option for clients to incorporate techniques found in yoga and mindfulness-based practices to enrich the process of traditional talk therapy. This integrative, holistic approach to therapy not only treats the mind, but the body. Mindfulness and yoga practices help to reduce stress, become more present and engaged in life, as well as lessen emotional reactivity to life’s stressors.
