Rebecca Zygar is an integral part of delivering quality care to clients as both Client Care Director and Business Operations Manager at Therapy Changes. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings compassion and skill in her communications with others. Her duties include administrative support, fulfilling client expectations and keeping the Psychologists functioning optimally. Rebecca’s primary priority is to create smooth transitions for clients and families, particularly those who are coming to therapy for the first time. Rebecca greets clients with a warm smile and answers all of their questions.

Client Care Coordinator
Rebecca manages day to day operations of the office as well as coordinates the billing, scheduling, and administrative needs of the therapists. She provides clear and easy to understand information about insurance billing and takes the hassle out of communicating with insurance companies.
Business Operations Manager
Rebecca provides support for Therapy Changes business operations through coordinating and planning community outreach, consulting functions and other special projects. Rebecca works closely with the Psychologists to support leadership in the Psychology community while promoting as much time as possible with clients.
