Anke Reineke, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working with children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Reineke helps her clients recognize and enhance their innate strengths to foster growth and awareness of their truest selves, and to develop sustainable coping skills for the future. Dr. Reineke is dedicated and passionate about a comprehensive approach to therapy that includes physical, mental and emotional components to maximize lasting changes and restore functioning and life balance.
Dr. Reineke earned her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego. She possesses extensive education, training, and experience in biofeedback techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr. Reineke integrates relaxation and mindfulness approaches into her sessions and tailors each intervention to the client’s specific needs.

Dr. Reineke specializes in health and wellness concerns including terminal and chronic illness, physical disabilities, mental health concerns, medical trauma, as well as grief and loss-related issues. Dr. Reineke believes in the ‘whole person’ approach and uses Biofeedback to teach both children and adults how to regulate their physiological responses to stress, Depression, and Anxiety. Dr. Reineke’s therapeutic approach involves working collaboratively with her clients with warmth and compassion to develop practical strategies to manage life’s challenges.
