Finding Balance: Group Therapy for Stress Management

Is stress negatively impacting your health, your goals, and those around you?

Our “Finding Balance” group sessions introduce you to cognitive stress management techniques and “stress-busting” interventions that you can start using right away to better manage every-day stressors such as time management, finances, kids, relationships, work-related problems, and chronic pain and illness.

Examples of session topics are:

  • What is Stress and How does it Affect Us?
  • Effective Communication
  • Self-Care
  • Mistakes in Thinking

The curriculum for Finding Balance also meets most requirements for stress management classes required by various state governing bodies.
