Individual Therapy

There are a number of reasons why you may seek support in therapy, including a desire to better manage a life transition or change, or address concerns related to depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress. Many of our clients simply seek therapy for personal growth reasons. Regardless of why you engage us, our goal in individual therapy is the same: to help you start feeling better.

We honor the courage it takes to make the decision to come to therapy. We put your comfort and care at the forefront of our relationship and provide you with a safe and comfortable space to speak openly and in confidence.

Our process is action oriented, so we’ll work with you to set goals and develop a plan to track your progress toward meeting them. You may want to improve a relationship, resolve a trauma or just feel more grounded emotionally. Too often, we find people focus on their physical well-being and ignore their mental state—and individual therapy is a way to correct that.

As you express yourself in the open, engaging environment we provide, you’ll learn things that will help you choose the path that’s right for you. Individual therapy from Therapy Changes can have a meaningful and enduring effect on your life, whether you’re dealing with an extraordinary circumstance or facing ongoing life challenges.
