Strength in Numbers: Group Counseling for Sexual Abuse

With Therapy Changes’ “Strength In Numbers,” surround yourself with a support system of fellow adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Group facilitators who are trained in the area of trauma will work with group members to create a safe place for members to share and connect. Some topics may include:

  • Self-care
  • Understanding emotions
  • Healthy coping strategies
  • Physical and emotional boundaries
  • Creating safety
  • Healthy relationships
  • Effective communication
  • Improving a sense of self-worth

You must be 18 years or older to participate in the groups.
