Finding Balance Group Therapy Sessions

Our “Finding Balance” group sessions introduce you to “stress-busting” interventions that you can start using right away to better manage every-day stressors such as time management, finances, kids, relationships, work-related problems, and chronic pain and illness.

Examples of session topics are:

  • What is Stress and How does it Affect Us?
  • Effective Communication
  • Self-Care
  • Mistakes in Thinking

The curriculum for Finding Balance meets most requirements for stress management classes required by various state governing bodies.

Finding Balance group therapy is $1050.00 for 12 sessions OR $100.00 for one session. This is a 12-week course taking place every Saturday from 10:00am-12:00pm that can be tailored to your individual needs.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in the groups. 
Intake Interview is required prior to joining, at a one-time cost of $80.00.
